Hardcopy
A printed hardcopy version of all of the DMV manuals listed above, with the exception of the Guide to Oregon Driving Records and Oregon Vehicle License Plate Manual, are available at DMV offices and many government agencies. You may also view these manuals online via links provided throughout the DMV web site.
Audio
There are audio versions of the Oregon Driver Manual Audio (English) and the Manual del Conductor Audio (Spanish) available online.
CD (Audio)
There are audio CD versions of the Driver Manual and the Manual Del Conductor. The CD's can be played on any audio CD player and almost any personal computer program. These audio manuals are available at public and high school libraries.
